RM spreader

Universal spreader of organic fertilisers works on the principle of a floor conveyor, three horizontal milling beaters and a spreading table. This design ensures optimal dosing of the fertiliser, which is subsequently ejected to a width of up to 25 m. The spreader can be used for application of manure, compost or sewage sludge. The drive of the floor conveyor is provided by a hydraulic motor. Cardan shaft then drives the milling rollers and spreader discs. The entire system is protected against overload and damage by means of shear bolts and electronic revolution sensor. According to the speed output from the tractor, the gearbox (540/1000 rpm) is selected to the cardan shaft.
The spreader is equipped with a sophisticated technology that is easy to maintain and clean. The most stressed parts are easily replaceable. These are the teeth on the milling rollers, the blades on the spreader blades and the protective edges around the discs. After wear, it is not necessary to replace the entire device, but only parts. Optionally, the spreader can be equipped with a rear sealing door that prevents the material from being lost during transport and further protects the tractor from flying material. It is also possible to equip an electronic floor speed control, which runs directly from the tractor via an ergonomic controller.
